Precision cut.
Hand finished.

One workshop, four disciplines: CNC-machined parts, carbon fiber prepreg layups, small-batch woodcraft and cast resin work — built to a drawing or built from a conversation.

Years in the sailing yacht industry

Marine subcontracting

Alongside our own projects, we work as a subcontractor to sailing yacht builders and yards — bringing 25 years in the industry to CNC-machined fittings, carbon fiber layups, interior joinery, upholstered panels and cast resin work built to marine tolerances and finished to survive salt water.

Featured project

Superyacht headliner panels

Roof panels for a superyacht interior — shaped and upholstered by hand, with every corner and cut-out wrapped and tensioned for a clean, seamless finish.

Carbon fiber vacuum infusion

A curved carbon fiber part made by vacuum infusion — dry twill fabric laid into the mould, covered with peel ply and flow media, then bagged and infused with resin under vacuum for a light, void-free laminate.

What we make

Every discipline under one roof, each held to the same standard: fit right the first time.

CNC machining

Parts cut to a drawing, not a guess

Aluminum, brass, hardwood and composite sheet, designed and programmed in Fusion 360, then routed and milled on our ATC router — to tolerances tight enough for jigs, fixtures, enclosures and finished hardware.

Carbon fiber prepreg

Light parts that hold their shape

Prepreg layups cured under controlled heat in our curing oven, and vacuum-infused carbon laminates — for brackets, panels and one-off components that need to be stiff and light at the same time.

Woodcraft

Small-batch pieces, built the slow way

Boxes, fixtures and furniture pieces joined, hand-sanded and finished with oil or wax rather than pushed through a production line.

Rendering
Resin casting

Cast surfaces finished glass-clear

River tables, tabletops and inlay work — poured, degassed and levelled, then sanded and polished to a clear, durable surface.

Composite hot tubs

Hot tubs moulded to last

Fiberglass composite hot tubs with a high-gloss gelcoat finish, moulded in one piece for a seamless, easy-to-clean surface that stands up to Nordic winters. Every tub is tailored to the client: freestanding, clad in wood panelling or finished in another material.

The workshop

The two machines that do the heavy lifting.

ATC CNC router in the workshop

ATC CNC router

A full-size CNC router with automatic tool change, so complex parts run start to finish without stopping to swap cutters.

Composite curing oven

Composite curing oven

A temperature-controlled curing oven for prepreg carbon fiber, giving consistent cure cycles and repeatable part quality.

How a job runs

The same four stages whether it's one bracket or a full run.

1

Consult & design

We talk through the part, the material and what it needs to survive — then sketch or model it.

2

Program & prepare

CAM toolpaths in Fusion 360, layup schedules or mould prep, depending on which process the part calls for.

3

Make

Cut, laid up, poured or built by hand on the shop floor, checked against the drawing as we go.

4

Finish & deliver

Deburred, sanded, oiled or polished as the material calls for, then packed and handed over.

Recent work

Real jobs from the shop, plus renderings of signature pieces.

Custom river table

Slab wood and cast resin, sized to your space.

3D moon wall

CNC-carved lunar relief for your wall, in a size of your choice.

Carbon fiber part

One-off or small-batch, built to your drawing.

Resin serving board

Walnut and clear epoxy, food-safe finish.

Oak keepsake box

Hand-joined, oiled finish, felt-lined interior.

CNC signage or nameplate
